Short description of the project:
Overall Objective: To contribute to the improvement of employability of vulnerable groups in Kosovo and their inclusiveness in both the education sector and the labor market, by promoting partnership and dialogue between civil society, government and the business sector.
Specific Objective: To increase alignment of education and training programs with labor market needs by enhancing participation of civil society organizations in decision making, policy development and policy monitoring at central and local levels, and by facilitating dialogue between education & training institutions and businesses.
Project characteristics:
- Improved capacity of civil society organizations for participation in policy dialogue, development and monitoring
- CSOs contribute to development of national and local policies and legislation.
- CSOs monitor key national and local policies on education&training and employment
- CSOs contribute to Improved links of education&training programs with the Labor Market
