Short description of the project:

Commissioned by MH (Ministry of Health) and under the financing of CCNE (Center for Continuing Nursing Education) from Finland, is implemented “The further training of 85 employees in this Ministry”, by accomplishing:

  • Analyzing the training needs according to the requests and cooperation with the relevant Ministry.
  • Preparation of the training by selecting the relevant trainers for each module of the training and also drafting the relevant curricula.
  • Implementation of the training, monitoring during training implementation and evaluation the training

Training requests:

  • 80 h training
  • Modules: Computer, English Language and writing skills by using the most contemporary methods of trainings, such as; Group work, interactive training, role play, practical examples through projector…

Project characteristics:

  • Further professional training of employees
  • Evaluation of training effects on the job position of employed candidate after the training.
