Short description of the project:

Commissioned by OSBE, APPK worked on the capacity building of all municipal officials who are connected with the implementation of the repatriation process of the returnees from abroad.

The aim of the training was in the economic component, how and what format to counsel, orient and support the candidates to benefit as much as possible from the economic package within the national repatriation strategy.

Capacity building was done through two-days training where it was explained to the participants:

  • How to counsel and profile candidates as good as possible, as well as
  • What is the business plan, which are its’ modules and topics, how is compiled, how to be presented to the donors and implemented in practice.

The training topics were also held through practical examples, then applying of the respective roles for a more practical training (simulation of factual cases).
