Short description of the project:
Commissioned by EC/IOM, APPK has implemented a project aimed at supporting the economic integration of 140 beneficiaries from the group of displaced persons, mainly from non-majority communities in the municipalities of Novo Bërdë, Partesh, Shtërpce, Prizren and Suhareka.
- Initial counselling, candidate profiling, orientation training – all of these activities with the aim of orienting the candidate to one of the forms of economic reintegration.
- Mediation in employment by linking the interests between the candidate and different companies.
- Vocational training aimed at preparing candidates for Mediation in Employment.
Self-employment through several forms:
- Creating family economies.
- Establishing new private business.
- Business partnership between the new founder and an existing business.
- Business partnership between some new founders.
Another component of this project is related to capacity building of MCR staff for project management and capacity building of staff for administrative work.
