Short description of the project:

Commissioned by the NATO-Trust Fund, in partnership with UNDP, a project was implemented which aimed to support 1467 members of the former KPC members who did not become part of the KSF, in their civil and economic life.

The project is implemented based on these sub-phases or modules

  • Initial counselling, candidate profiling, orientation trainings – aiming to orienting the candidate to one of the forms of economic reintegration
  • Mediation in employment by connecting the interests between the candidate and different companies
  • Vocational training aimed at preparing candidates for Mediation in Employment
  • Self-employment through several forms:
  • Creating family economies
  • Establishing a new private business
  • Business partnership between the new founder and an existing business
  • Business partnership between some new founders
  • The project has resulted very successful supporting candidates in the following ways:
  • 1462 professionally counselled
  • 78 candidates for mediated in employment including some preliminary trainings
  • 1384 candidates supported through the establishment of private business and the delivery of Grants
